One contract

One number.
One schedule.
One superintendent.

Our certified general contractor license lets us carry the entire site package on a single contract — from first clearing pass through final acceptance. You are not coordinating four subcontractors across one critical path.

Self-performed by 3D crews and 3D iron

  • Land clearing and grubbing
  • Mass earthwork and grading
  • Fine grading to model
  • Deep utilities — storm, sanitary, water, fire
  • Lift stations, force mains, wet taps
  • Subgrade preparation and soil stabilization
  • Compaction, erosion control and SWPPP

Managed under our contract

  • Asphalt placement and mill-and-overlay, through specialty partners
  • Trench protection and dewatering, provided and engineered per site

Capabilities

What our crews do

01 / Earthwork

Mass grading & earthwork

Cut, fill, pad construction and pond shaping, placed to the model rather than to stakes. Soil stabilization and subgrade preparation on the same crew.

02 / Underground

Deep utilities

Storm, sanitary, water and fire under engineered shoring with managed dewatering. Our field leadership and utility crews bring installation experience at 35 ft and greater from prior projects — beyond the 20 ft threshold where OSHA requires PE-engineered protective systems.

03 / Grade

Fine grading to model

Our dozers run factory Intelligent Machine Control, so the blade holds design grade on the first pass — no stringline, no grade checker walking ahead of the machine. Model-based grading across our crews and equipment.

04 / Clearing

Clearing & grubbing

Site clearing, grubbing and haul-off, sequenced so the earthwork crew moves in behind without a demobilisation between scopes.

05 / Surface

Paving & flatwork

Concrete flatwork, ribbon curb, ADA-compliant hand finishing and pavers. Asphalt placement and mill-and-overlay managed under our contract.

Q4 2026

Slipform concrete paving

A GOMACO offset slipform paver brings stringless, GPS-guided curb and gutter, sidewalk and FDOT barrier in house. Booking Q4 2026 and 2027 capacity now.

Beyond -20'-0"

The scope most site subs decline

Central Florida's water table does not forgive a shallow plan. Deep storm and sanitary here means managed dewatering, engineered shoring, and a crew that has stood in the hole before.

Our Field Operations Manager, David Navarro, and our utility crews bring installation experience at 35 feet and greater from prior projects — past the 20-foot line where a registered PE has to design the protective system. That depth is where most site subs sub the work out. We provide the protective and dewatering systems the soil actually calls for, competent persons are on site for every excavation, and inspections are logged before entry.

Positioning & grade control

is three-dimensional

Our name is the method. Every job runs on a three-dimensional GPS model — from the takeoff that wins the bid to the drone flight that proves the dirt moved. Topcon on the ground, DJI in the air, machine control on the blade, and one model tying all of it together.

01 · Take off

AGTEK → HCSS

AGTEK turns the plans into a 3D model of every cubic yard of cut and fill and every foot of utility. Quantities import straight into HCSS HeavyBid — the number we bid is the number the model measured.

02 · Position

Topcon + DJI

A Topcon HiPer XR RTK base and rover set three-dimensional GPS control across the site. A DJI Matrice 4E flies the ground under Part 107, tied to that same control.

03 · Place

3D machine control

The AGTEK model drives our dozers’ Intelligent Machine Control — blade to design in three dimensions, first pass, no stakes and no grade checker ahead of the machine.

04 · Reveal

Heat maps vs. estimate

AGTEK Reveal renders each drone flight as a cut/fill heat map and measures it against the estimate — dirt moved, dirt remaining, progress tracked against the model instead of guessed.

Red is cut, blue is fill — the same map that runs our jobs is the reason for the colors on this page. Every quantity we publish is measured against surveyed ground control, and you can check our progress numbers against your pay application.
